Yes, we have set prices for all aspects of the project quoted for. We even provide itemised quotations for our customers to ‘pick and choose’ from to suit their needs.
Do i have to have loft boarding with loft ladder?
No, we can certainly help with simply gaining access to the loft space using one of our high quality loft ladders.
Is there much disruption during the install?
Disruption is always kept to a minimum. We use dust sheets and carpet protectors where necessary and all cutting of materials is carried out outside or within the loft space.
What are the benefits and why should a concertina style loft ladder be installed?
Concertina loft ladders are usually installed when there is a lack/no clearance within the loft for a ‘sliding/pivoting’ ladder to be stored. They are designed so that the loft ladder sits within the loft opening due to its accordion style design. So if there any obstructions such as the roof slope, water tanks or structural timbers/beams - a concertina style loft ladder could be the answer.
